The book comprises a collection of 50 stories, providing summaries of each. It begins with a description of the 10 AI giants, followed by a detailed table outlining the main activities of all the other companies, concluding with a summary from the authors.

 

Organizations adopt AI to achieve three primary goals:

  1. Transform how they understand and communicate with customers

  2. Provide improved solutions and services

  3. Enhance and automate their business processes.

Those organizations that succeed in adopting AI often witness a significant transformation in their approach to conducting business.
